That's right, another new release of Event Registration Pro Calendar for Joomla 1.5.

We have brought you 3 releases this month and every release has brought you new features and enhanced stability.

We encourage all of our clients to upgrade their installations immediately to take full advantage of our new features and enhanced stability.

Here is a list of the changelog for this new version.

New Features
1) Added a new column in the event listing page that will now display the location of your event. We also added the option to show or turn on or off the location column on event listing page ni the configuration settings.
2) Reworked the display of the event title on the event details page. Added a setting in the config to be able to turn off this title.

Bugs Resolved
1) Resolved free tickets issue not displaying the thank you page correctly.
2) Resolved an issue when manually adding a registration from the back end, the group registration feature was not working correctly.

 

To upgrade to a new version of Event Registration Pro you will need to
first go to www.joomlashowroom.com and verify that you have the latest
version available. After obtaining the most recent version of the software
you can simply uninstall the old Registration Pro component from your site.

No data will be lost in this process as the database is left untouched.
Simply reinstall the new version of the extension.

After installing the new version you will see a warning that says:
NOTE: If you have just upgraded from a previous installation,
you must click the UPGRADE DATABASE icon in the control panel.

The upgrade database icon is in the main dashboard of the component.

This is VERY IMPORTANT to do after an upgrade so make sure you do this or
your may encounter errors. Double check your data is all there and that all
configuration settings are the same as before.

With upgrading from versions 1.5.6 or earlier you will need to reinstall your payment gateway plugins
and reconfigure them.
If upgrading from 1.5.7 or later your payment gateway plugins and all settings will remain.
As with any new release please double check our changelog to make sure if you need to update your payment plugins or modules.


UNINSTALL/REMOVE

To uninstall Registration Pro, simply uninstall the component,
and any modules and payment plugins that we have announced that have been updated.
However the database tables for the component will NOT be deleted when the component is uninstalled.
