Joomla Showroom Refund Policy

 

We want to make public our policy on  refunds so that there is no confusion. Please read these terms carefully BEFORE making your purchase with Joomla Showroom.

Refund Policy Terms
JoomlaShowroom.com does not offer refunds or any exchanges. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be easily duplicated. Accordingly, it is our policy that once we have distributed a release to a customer, the sale is final, and you may not return the software for a refund or credit. Please be cautious and make sure you know what you are purchasing. All our sales are final and no refunds will be given. As all of our products are digital software, delivered instantly once payment is received it is impossible for you to return a product to use for a refund.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You just change your mind
  • You choose not to use our product
  • You do not purchase the correct product for your version of Joomla. All our products are very clearly named with the version of Joomla that it supports. (And our product information pages also clearly show the supported Joomla versions)
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs
    (our feature list and live demo site are very representative of our software)
  • You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website. RE: Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins.

However, we understand that it is impossible for us to test our software on every server platform and every server configuration it may encounter. Therefore if the Joomla Showroom Support Staff is unable to get our software up and running on your server in the first 30 days after first submission of a support ticket notification to Joomla Showroom then Joomla Showroom will happily give you a refund. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to fully debug and install the software, if you cant give us this access in a timely and cooperative manner then we will not be able to give you a refund.

Refunds are only issued to the same email address & account they were originally purchased with.

 

Joomla Showroom reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision this Agreement at any time without notice.
