I am a front end developer and new to Joomla for a CMS engine. I used Joomla on a new client project along with a development team to complete the site. My client was in need of a nice, robust, easy to use Event Management and Registration tool to handle their events. Event registration pro was recommended. It's a great tool, very easy to use and has little to no bugs that we have found during it's use. The most important thing that I have found is the support team behind the product. Just wanted to say, this is the 4th purchase I have made of Registration Pro and I use it for a lot of non-tech people to use. It's works great. I just purchased the newest version for Joomla 1.6 and it's fully functioning. We did have a couple of quirks getting it running but the support and help was excellent and quick. We are now taking online registrations for our summer day camp. Thanks guys for your work.

In all my years of web design, I have never encountered a group with as complete and quick turn around with problems. Im almost tempted to email them at 3am local just to see if they are there. I bet you they would be. The second I encountered a problem, they had fixed it and even addressed a few of my questions. In the day and age of the Gen-Y internet "shopper", having a robust testimonials area on ANY website is a critical must. I've been looking everywhere and tried ALL the other "Testimonials" modules and components out there, and have to say beyond question that JSTestimonials is light years beyond the others. It is feature rich, easy to install and configure, and allows submitters of testimonials to submit an audio or video testimonial! I have to admit that I submitted a support ticket to JoomlaShowroom.com simply to see/test how they would respond or not, and almost fell off my chair at the prompt and professional response I received. Any business out there could take lessons from and have something to learn from these guys on proper support and customer service. I'm in awe, and I promise I'll never "test" you guys again!! I'm sold.

We worked with Mike Carson who runs JoomlaShowroom.com and built a product called Registration Pro. We use this for our events registration, and has really allowed us to explore new opportunities with our events and event marketing. Mike and his team helped us build a shopping cart flow, which they incorporated back into their core product. We plan on continuing to work with Mike to explore learning management capabilities, and expand our Webinars model.

This is definitely the best of the bunch for booking and paying for events in Joomla. We had some trouble however getting the email alerts to work consistently, and ended up with some silly arguments trying to get the necessary changes made. However the work was done and the component is in production use on our web site. Having tried most of the alternatives I feel this is the best of the bunch. Regards, Pete

Anyone who has to deal with registrations knows after even a SHORT time, the "simple registration form" is anything but. It is a highly complex process, and I commend Reg Pro developers for their time and effort in helping me save mine, by using this piece of software. Service - truly, there has been no other software developer that has been so service-oriented. I like that they don't sugar-coat their service either--they just get down to business and get the work D-O-N-E - balls-out. Reg Pro is the best registration software on the Joomla market today - bar none. Is there room for improvement? Yes, but given the current deliverables, and the fact that the software just WORKS, which is more than I can say about others, this is a no-brainer "buy it" recommendation from me. This is not stale software, folks - it's being constantly worked on, and I really appreciate the extreme speed of enhancements done over the past year, with excellent testing, to ensure it's bug-free.

Pro Desk was my third "try" at a trouble ticket system and my second try at a Knowledgebase. Pro Desk is definately the BEST one! I had to submit a ticket with Joomlashowroom because of a configuration error I had made and the customer support was instantaneous and thorough. Try getting that with other commercial Joomla plugins!
