Tech Support. Sometimes it is easier than you think.

Many other software companies around the world deal with support queries every single day. We at Joomla Showroom deal with many of these same types of support queries on a daily basis. About 90 percent of our support questions and issues submitted through our help desk and email are simple questions.

Now most of these questions that we get are just simply answered in the user manuals. But getting people to read a user manual just isn't as easy as you would think. You can lead a horse to water, and he knows the water is there, but sometimes the horse would rather drive himself crazy of thirst before he realizes that if he would have just taken a drink first, he would be a happy horse.
